Sports and Recreation.
In order to enhance the development of sound mental and physical health of the individual , the College have 2 different sporting events, these are:
- NICEGA (NIGERIAN COLLEGES OF EDUCATION GAMES ASSOCIATION) FOR STUDENTS
- CESSAN (COLLEGES OF EDUCATION STAFF SPORTS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA) FOR STAFF
Condition for Participating in NICEGA
Any bona-fide student of the member institutions is eligible to represent his/her own institution at the game.
A bona-fide student is one who is on the regular roll of the College as a full time student. The Games shall be bi-annual.
Scope of the Games
The games shall comprise the following:
- Athletics - (Men & Women)
- Basketball - (Men & Women)
- Handball - (Men & Women)
- Hockey - (Men & Women)
- Tennis - (Men & Women)
- Table Tennis - (Men & Women)
- Volley Ball - (Men & Women)
- Badminton - (Men & Women)
- Cricket - (Men & Women)
- Langa - (Men & Women)
- Football - (Men & Women)
Condition for Participating in CESSAN
The game shall be bi-annual (NON-NICEGA YEARS)
Participants shall be strictly the staff of member Colleges i.e FULL - TIME staff.

Games to be competed for includes:-
- Football ( Soccer)
- Volleyball
- Tennis
- Table -Tennis
- Badminton
