Guidance and Counselling Services
The College established a Guidance and Counselling Unit under the School of Education in
recognition of the importance of the services and in order
to satisfy the requirements of the National Commission for Colleges of Education
(NCCE) Minimum Standards for the award of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE).
The main functions of the unit are to
provide guidance and counselling services
to all students in the College; to
be involved actively in students’
orientation and research activities;
to enhance an effective learning and
teaching process in the College, and to
conduct referral services.
The unit is situated in room 1 in the ground floor of the School of Education complex.
