Click on 'Create Account' on the menu.
link at the login page.

Enter your scrarch card number and click on validate.

After your scratch card has been validated, you will be prompted to create your account.

Enter your matric number, password and email.
-
Type a question and provide the answer in the space provided. This is for your security, do not
allow anyone to see it as you will need it to retrieve your password if you forget it.

Click on 'Create Account'.

You cannot create an account for a number that does not exist in our records.

You cannot create an account for a number that already has a password.

Click on login to Portal
on the left menu.
- Enter your matric number and password an click on Login.

If you do not have a password, click on the Don't have a
password? Create it here
link.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten
your password? link.

Click on the forgotten your password?
link on the login page.

Type in your number in the field provided and click on Submit.
-
You will be provided with the security question that you selected when creating
your password. Provide the correct answer and click on Submit.

If your answer is correct, your password will be displayed to you.
